What are cookies?

Data collected with cookies include the IP address, the type of browser and device, and the browsing country, among other things. Cookie data will not, however, enable us to identify you, and we do not pair cookie data with any personal data that is possibly collected in a different context.

In addition to our own cookies in our online services, we use third-party cookies.

Third parties are able to identify the user with cookie data collected by third parties. Third-party services are subject to their own cookie and privacy policies, and, consequently, BellusWood is not responsible for third-party collection and handling of data.
If you wish to block cookies set by Google Analytics, you can download a browser plug-in from here. You can also use other tools and plug-ins to block cookies and tracking.
We allow social media plug-ins in our online service so that you can, for example, visit our social media pages and use the Share buttons. These services are subject to the Terms of Service of the social media service provider. Here you can find the Terms of Service for services such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

an individual or a company represented by them have subscribed to BellusWood Ltd newsletter or has given permission for storing their information some other way.
use of the registry: Data stored is used to handle client relations. The data can also be used for marketing purposes and for developing our services. All personal data is stored and used in compliance with general data protection regulation.
Data included in the registry:
Name- and address information can be used in direct marketing purposes in compliance with the general data protection regulation. Personal information is stored in a client registry owned by BellusWood ltd. The use of contact information can be disallowed by the customer by informing the registry holder with aforementioned contact information. Personal data is not redistributed outside the EU or ETA.
Registry protedtion: The registry is located in a protected server. Data material, its use and redistribution in accordance with the purposes of the registry is protected with usernames, passwords, firewalls and other technical and administrative information security policies.
The forbiddance and inpecting rights of the registered user
The registered user has the right to forbid handling of the information stored of them. Forbidding has to be done in writing. The registered user also has the right to inspect the information about them stored in the registry and to ask for correction of any false data. Inspecting and correcting request has to be done in writing.
